Now that I have all that off my chest, I can wipe my hands of it and move forward....
Thank you all for following my saga and your encouraging words.
Just a last tidbit - David owes us a pretty decent chunk of money. Since he is in default, we have a judgment that allows us to put a lien against him anytime during the next four years, and it will remain active if not paid for twenty. We haven't pursued it yet, cause basically, we do not have the money to do so. But all in good time....
Now, onward to bigger and better topics.....

ReplyDeleteI hope everything is resolved in a timely manner. From what this Tieman character sounds like, it's probably not going to happen but it would be great if you got what was owed to you. At least you have a bit of recourse.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it crazy that you have to spend money to get the money he owes you? I hope it doesn't come to that, but I'm not going to count on him paying you voluntarily. I'm glad, now, that I never ordered any Tieman's coffee!
